Collection Messages

The configurable text entries that can be added before and after the order details on an order confirmation web page and its corresponding confirmation email can now include text that is only included when the order is for collection rather than delivery.
Text that is only to appear when the order is being collected should be enclosed in a {IfOrderCollection,....} tag.
For example:
Thank you for your order.
{IfOrderCollection,If you have provided us with a mobile number, we will send you a text message when your order is ready for collection. If we do not have a mobile number, we will email you.}
