Technology Rewards Scheme

Did you know that your business can earn commission from axisfirst?

One of our main sources of new technology service contracts is via word of mouth referrals from you, our current clients. To thank you for these referrals, from Jan 1st 2023 we will now pay commission on business we gain from any referrals you send our way.

How it works...

If you refer another business to us for our technology services you will be entitled to claim a commission of 10% of the first 12 months of invoiced value of any recurring services that referral spends with us.

It’s as simple as that – no catches, just the following simple terms and conditions:

  • You can choose whether the commission will be paid by bank transfer or as a credit on your account.
  • The referral must be made through the form on this page.
  • The business must not be one that we are already in discussion with (if they are, then you will be told at the time that you refer the business to us).
  • You must provide us with the name of the decision maker, and that person must be expecting our call.
  • The referred business must not be in the same group as, or have shared ownership with or your company.
  • Commission will be calculated as 10% of the net value paid by that customer for technology recurring contract services (UserCare, Internet Connections, Mobile & Fixed Telephony, Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft Subscriptions, Security & Backup Subscriptions or Compliance Services) from the date of the first invoice for this type of services for 12 months.
  • We will provide a statement of commission after six months and twelve months.
  • You will need to invoice us for the amount of the commission due after each commission statement.
  • Payment will only be made once the new customer has paid us - if for any reason the customer receives a credit against all or part of that invoice then that will reduce the commission payable accordingly.
  • The first services invoice for the client must take place within 12 months of the introduction.
