Customer confirms savings with UPS Worldship Interface

One customer who adopted the axis diplomat Delivery Service Provider interface to UPS' Worldship software has provided some feedback on the time saved by the software, having carried out some before-and-after comparisons:

"Our tests show that since installing the axis diplomat UPS interface, we have halved the time taken to consign each parcel - we are saving in excess of 40 minutes each day; over the course of a year that amounts to 22 working days saved!

We're sending out up to 700 parcels per month so anyone sending more than this would see even better results.

The time saving also means that we start consigning later so we can also extend the cut-off time offered to our customers."
