Head Office Accounts

A new tab has been added to the Sales Business Intelligence Enquiry which consolidates branch account transactions into their respective head office accounts. This has the benefit of allowing you to see more easily the true level of business from customers that operate a number of branch accounts. A further enhancement to simplify dealing with branch and head office accounts is the addition of a "SmartLink". Smart Links were introduced in axis diplomat 2010 and, in this case, allow you to quickly access the customer account enquiry for the head office when looking at a branch account.

Gap Analysis by Campaign

For customers with the Campaign Management module, Gap Analysis has been enhanced to allow you to report only those customers that are members of a specified campaign. This has been done to allow you to more easily measure the effectiveness of a specific marketing campaign.

Purchase Order Processing

Several enhancements have been released for POP, and in particular, to help manage Online Purchasing Electronic or EDI purchasing):

ODBC Export

The scheduled ODBC export (typically run overnight) has been enhanced to optionally allow any user- or system-tables to be exported in CSV format and optionally uploaded to an FTP server. This has a number of potential applications, including corporate reporting of analysis figures to head office on a nightly basis or auto-generation of a pricing file for access by your customers via your web site (in much the same way that many of our clients receive pricing files from their suppliers).

Suppressing Batch Details on Enter Sales Order

A new Sales Order Processing system parameter has been introduced to allow you to suppress the opening batch details dialogue when entering a new sales order. If these details are not relevant to the way that you use the system (many organisations now find batch numbering transactions such as sales orders unnecessary) then suppressing them can both speed up experienced operators and simplify the system for newer operators.

Additional Holiday Entitlement

You can now record separately any additional holiday that has been accrued for each employee. This can be used for any extra holiday allowance that you may grant employees, typically in lieu of extra time worked or perhaps bank holidays worked.

New Employee Status

There are now four additional checkboxes associated with an employee which you can use to indicate that they have completed the various stages for joining your organisation:
