UPDATE Loqate enforcing stricter security protocols

Earlier this year, Loqate (formerly Postcode Anywhere) contacted their users to advise them of an up-coming security update.

Their communication stated:

Loqate API Security Update.

As of September 30 2024, we will only be accepting API connections that utilise HTTPS and a TLS Protocol of 1.2 or higher. This means we will no longer be supporting API connections that use HTTP or a TLS protocol below version 1.2.

We can confirm that we have completed our testing and that, if you use Loqate for address retrieval, in axis diplomat or on an axis vMerchant website, you do not need to take any action.
