Payrolling Benefits in Kind (BiKs)

In January 2024 the government announced that from 6 April 2026 employers will be required to report and pay Income Tax and Class 1A NICs on most Benefits in Kind in real time through their payroll.

axis payroll already supports the payrolling of Benefits in Kind and we encourage businesses to voluntarily register now for the tax year 2025/2026.
