axis diplomat and the Windsor Framework

The Windsor Framework is a trade agreement designed to address the challenges of post-Brexit customs and regulatory arrangements between Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Expected to come into effect on March 31, 2025, it is designed as a response to the trade barriers and logistical issues that arose after the U.K.'s departure from the European Union, particularly concerning the movement of goods across the Irish Sea. 

Delivery Service Providers are updating their systems to comply with the framework whilst axis diplomat is being extended to hold additional information and to submit it to supported carriers, including DHL, DPD, and Parcelforce.

We have now published an Application Support Note that describes how axis diplomat is being developed for the Windsor Framework.
