New Client Area

We are pleased to announce that, shortly, we will be launching an all-new Client Area for our website. You can preview this site for yourself now by following this link: https://myaccount.axisfirst.co.uk/

This new facility is built on our axis vMerchant Express platform that we also use to deliver eCommerce and B2B websites for clients. It features not only an updated user interface but also improved functionality on mobile phones.

This initial launch will provide a host of facilities to our customers, including the ability to:

Additional facilities for axis diplomat, axis payroll and axis vMerchant customers include access to our online documentation and software downloads.

In addition, users with the appropriate permissions also now have access to financial and accounting information, including the ability to view:

In each case, you also have the ability to download invoices and credit notes as PDFs.

Those with administrative rights are also able to decide what permissions each user on their account has, including whether they can access finance and accounting information, raise support calls, access other user's support calls and administer their axis vMerchant websites.

By default, only the main contact on each account is given administrative rights and access to accounting information but, using these facilities, they are able to grant those permissions to any other users that they wish.

This launch represents the start of a number of new facilities that we are developing for our customers so please keep an eye out for further enhancements during the course of 2025!
