All function help has been updated where required with details of the changes made for RTI.

We have also produced an axis diplomat 2012 Payroll User Guide to guide new and existing users through using axis diplomat payroll including RTI submissions.

A summary of the areas of note are:

• Full employer details must be recorded (see section 5.1)
• Additional employee record information is required for RTI (see section 5.2)
• Separate notification to HMRC of starters is no longer required.
• New functions for 'Enter Starter Declaration Details' and 'Enter Seconded Employee Details'.
• Additional axis diplomat payroll functions to create the required submission files for each payroll run
• Files submitted directly from axis diplomat payroll via 'GovTalk - File By Internet'
